Other things to note

This is a vintage 200-year-old house that has some of its original features intact. However, some of the walls are not as smooth as those of modern houses. This is part of the charm; however, it might not suit all guests.

*This property is not suitable for parties

*This is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property, your deposit may be used towards extra costs in removing you. We ask for quiet times to be respected between 10pm-6am.

*For stays longer than 10 days, you may require additional housekeeping, this can be arranged for a further fee.

We require completion of our reservation form which includes an agreement to our T&Cs, provision of a UK government-issued photo ID or passport, and we may require a card pre-authorisation of £250 for potential damage, loss or lack of adherence to our T&Cs. We will not charge an amount from the £250 unless upon checkout there is evidence of damage, loss, or lack of adherence to our T&Cs.

Great house for families..A stair gate would be useful for younger children. lots of space inside and a small sunny garden. As a Granny with eyesight not the best, I found the cooker symbols difficultvto to locate. Having two corner shop opposite was convenient and surprisingly un noisey.. Beds comfy..

We stayed for 4 days as a group of 10. The property was very clean & fit for purpose. The conservatory was a bonus for the kids to play in & the outdoor space was suitable also. The beds were comfortable, a bit on the smaller side, but can be doubled together if needed. The hosts (Sayeed & Valerie) were very quick with their responses & very helpful with all of our questions. The only complaints I had was that the advert stated that rooms 1&2 had en-suite bathrooms, this was not the case. The house has one bathroom with a toilet & one other separate toilet, both upstairs. When addressed, the host were apologetic for the inconvenience & accepted that it was an oversight on their part. Although our group was large we were able to manage the bathroom situation, so wasn’t too bad. We would however have been much more comfortable with en-suites for convenience, due to our group size. The other complaint was the slow WiFi connection, but this resolved eventually. Would I stay again: YES

Had a lovley stay over the weekend, hosts are friendly and were fast with responses, rooms were clean, and location was a short distance from the beach snd shops, highly recommend
